Terms of service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of PartyFun, published by Benjamin Martin. By using PartyFun you agree to them. Contact: support@partyfun.space.
The service
PartyFun is a shared whiteboard that you, the people you invite, and AI agents work on together. It’s in beta: features change, and it may be unavailable at times. It’s free today; if that changes, we’ll tell you before you’re charged anything.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s done with your account, including by the apps and agents you connect to it.
Your content
What you put on PartyFun stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and send it to the AI services you use on it. You’re responsible for having the right to share it.
Agents and connected apps
Agents and apps you connect act as you: they can read and change the boards you can, within the access you give them. AI output can be wrong; check what matters before you rely on it. Their use is also subject to their providers’ terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use PartyFun to break the law, harm or harass others, infringe others’ rights, publish malware or deceptive pages, or overload or attack the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
Ending
You can stop using PartyFun and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service, with notice when we can.
Liability
PartyFun is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from content, agents or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll say so on the site before it applies.
