PartyFun is a shared whiteboard that people and AI agents work on together. It is published by Benjamin Martin (“we”). This page says what we collect, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@partyfun.space.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address and profile picture, from the account you sign in with (GitHub, Google, or an email and password we created for you).
  • What you put on boards: notes, texts, frames, arrows, docs, images you add, comments, pages published on a board, and who has access to each board.
  • What you’re doing on a board: the board you have open and what’s selected on it, so the agents you use know what “this” means. It’s replaced as you go and only the latest is kept.
  • Agents and connections: what agents did on a board (shown to its members), the access you grant to apps and agents (tokens stored hashed or encrypted), API keys you add for your own agents (encrypted), and your accounts on services you connect, such as Linear (encrypted tokens).
  • Usage counts: daily counts of requests per account, used to enforce limits. Visitors without an account get an anonymous cookie; IP addresses are only kept as a one-way hash.

We don’t collect payment data, health data, government IDs, or your passwords to other services, and we don’t sell data or use it for ads.

Why

  • To run the service: show and sync boards, let people and agents work on them, and keep access to each board limited to those it’s shared with.
  • To run the AI features you use: the content they work on is sent to the model provider for that request.
  • To keep the service working and fair: limits, abuse prevention, and fixing problems.

Who else handles it

  • Hosting and storage: Vercel (app, and anonymous page-view analytics without cookies), Neon (database), Cloudflare (live updates).
  • Sign-in: GitHub or Google, when you sign in with them.
  • AI: OpenRouter and TypeSafe for PartyFun’s built-in agents and note sorting; Anthropic, OpenAI or Cursor when you run your own Claude, Codex or Cursor agent with your key; and any app you connect to PartyFun (such as ChatGPT or Claude), which acts on your boards as you, under that app’s own terms.
  • Services you connect for your agents (such as Linear, Notion or Amplitude), only when an agent uses them for you.
  • The people you share a board with see its content, and anyone with the link to a published page can see that page.

How long we keep it

Boards, comments and pages stay until they’re deleted. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it, which deletes your account, the boards only you own, your tokens, keys and connections within 30 days. Sign-in sessions last up to a week, access tokens for apps a day (renewable for 90 days), and the selection and usage counts are short-lived (minutes to days).

Your controls

  • Delete boards, notes, comments and pages from the board; stop an agent on a board at any time.
  • Disconnect an app or service from its settings, or revoke your agent token from the account menu.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to support@partyfun.space. We answer within 30 days.

Children

PartyFun isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
