Connect Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor
The MCP server is https://partyfun.space/api/mcp. An app that connects to it works on your boards as you, and you see its cursor on the board. Sign in on PartyFun first: the agent acts as you.
ChatGPT and Claude add that address as a connector. They send you to PartyFun to sign in and to allow the app. Cursor, Claude Code and Codex use a token from the board instead.
ChatGPT
Add https://partyfun.space/api/mcp as a connector. ChatGPT opens PartyFun so you can sign in, then asks you to allow it. It can open a board beside the conversation and edit it while you watch.
ChatGPT finds where to sign in from https://partyfun.space/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/mcp. You don’t open that address yourself.
Claude
In Claude, add https://partyfun.space/api/mcp as a connector, sign in to PartyFun when asked, and allow the app.
In Claude Code, create a token on the board first, then run this in your terminal:
claude mcp remove partyfun -s user 2>/dev/null; claude mcp remove canva -s user 2>/dev/null; claude mcp add -s user -t http partyfun https://partyfun.space/api/mcp -H "Authorization: Bearer <your token>"
That adds the server for every folder and replaces a previous token. The second remove clears an older setup from before the app was called PartyFun. On your own computer the server is named partyfun-local, so it doesn’t replace this one. The board shows the command for the site you’re on.
Cursor
Create a token on the board, then add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"partyfun": {
"url": "https://partyfun.space/api/mcp",
"headers": {
"Authorization": "Bearer <your token>"
}
}
}
}
Once the token exists, Connect an agent on the board can add it to Cursor in one click.
Codex
Create a token on the board, then add this to ~/.codex/config.toml:
[mcp_servers.partyfun]
url = "https://partyfun.space/api/mcp"
http_headers = { "Authorization" = "Bearer <your token>" }
The token
On a board, choose MCP at the top (Connect an agent) and create a token. One token for all your agents. It’s shown only that once, inside the setup. A new token disconnects agents that still use the old one.
Try it
Open a board, select a few notes, then ask:
Group my selection by theme, then draw the flow between the groups.
When you’re connected, open the board.
